VeLuMe: Better Mobility Assessment The company VeLuMe creates more safety in cycling. Through systematic assessment and coaching, we support the development and launch of an inclusive product that inspires children and families. Community Creates Mobility: Ecosystem Support in establishing the 1,000 m² factory as a meeting place and creative workspace for sustainable mobility. With internal and external community strategies, it fosters collaboration and advances ideas through to market readiness. ÖBB Postbus Shuttle: Product Sessions In a hands-on workshop, strategies and measures were developed to attract new target groups for the digital on-demand service in regional areas – with a special focus on the needs of older people. Austria Tourism: Tourism & Mobility As part of the Sustainable Tourism Days, a workshop explored the potential of circular economy and mobility in tourism. Through collaborative approaches, concrete solutions for a more sustainable future were developed. TU Berlin: Innovation through Diversity In the “Sustainable Mobility” MBA program at Technische Universität Berlin, students developed creative approaches in bootcamps and workshops. Diversity was highlighted as a clear competitive advantage for driving mobility innovations. Better Mobility City Labs: Vienna & Lisbon Development and facilitation of multi-day deep dives where European innovations are connected and tested with cities on site. The focus was on inclusive mobility solutions, accessible experiences and international best practices. MOVE IT! - Serious Game Interactions This interactive game raises awareness of diverse life realities and mobility patterns. With partners such as UNIDO, University of Klagenfurt and vionmo, teams experienced mobility from the perspective of children, families, seniors and people with disabilities. Better Mobility PopUps: Testing New Solutions The PopUps allow testing of innovative mobility solutions in teams, at events and in public spaces. Whether at the UNIDO conference, the MuseumsQuartier or a street festival. PopUps raise awareness, foster acceptance and shape people-centered offers. Keynotes: Innovative & Inclusive Mobility International keynotes on inclusive and innovative mobility solutions highlight how companies can leverage competitive advantages. Engagements include ÖAMTC, transport associations, ministries, and conferences such as UITP, IAA and Start with Children. Better Mobility Salon: Tourismus & Mobility This exclusive stakeholder events, gather leading personalities and innovators from across Europe. In 2025 the focus was on tourism trends, with partners including Austria Tourism, Austria Wirtschaftsservice and the Upper Austria Tourism Incubator. Business Agency Vienna: Better Mobility Trendreport The first Europe-wide trend report on inclusive urban mobility highlights current market trends and best practices, supporting the discovery of new opportunities, investments and action areas. EIT Urban Mobility: Better Mobility Accelerator Innovation program for accessible, affordable, safe and sustainable mobility in Europe. Together with Impact Hub and Productized, from scouting new solutions to testing in cities and strengthening impact and investment readiness. Austrian Association of Cities: Webinar digital citizen engagement Concept design and content development of a webinar on digital communication. The focus was on methods to actively involve citizens in urban projects and to foster participation through suitable tools and social media. Better Mobility Mentoring: Experts Program More than 100 experts from across Europe contribute expertise in business development, product design and customer experience. Within the mentoring program they support startups in creating inclusive and sustainable mobility solutions. Impact Days: Health on the Move Stakeholder Session Concept and facilitation of a dedicated Impact Days session on how mobility shapes urban wellbeing – from activity and air quality to access and mental health. Inspired by the Better Mobility Trendreport, it co-created pathways for healthier, more inclusive cities. thinkportVIENNA & Port of Vienna: Innovation Challenge As part of MultiRELOAD, an international ideas competition was designed and implemented. The focus was on innovative transport solutions for agricultural products on inland waterways to promote sustainable logistics and new approaches. Coaching Sessions: Market Entry & Expansion Coaching for startups entering and expanding in Europe, including CLIP, Mobifer, VeLuMe, vionmo and many more. Topics range from mobility and sustainability to tourism and innovation, with a strong focus on practical implementation. Vienna Business Agency: Corporate Mobility In a workshop series on corporate mobility, companies based in Vienna gained insights into current trends and solutions. Practical approaches, best practices such as Wiener Linien and networking supported implementation in daily business. Future Webinar Series: Trends & Target Groups Practical online sessions with data, tools and methods for direct application in daily work. The series shows how to reach new target groups, increase acceptance and use community management, complemented by international best practices. German Center for International Cooperation (GIZ): E-Learning Course The course “Gender and Mobility in Emerging Economies” provides planners and decision-makers with sound knowledge and practical skills to design and implement gender-responsive mobility solutions in the Global South. Carinthian Chamber of Commerce: 1st Mobility Day Concept design and content development of the first Mobility Day at Lake Wörthersee. Politics, business and experts discussed climate, energy, innovation and tourism, accompanied by testing activities and targeted networking. Women in Mobility: Data Walks in Wien As part of the Data Walks, participants directly experienced the data surrounding us daily – from open data to digital mobility solutions. The interactive walk made the opportunities and challenges of the digital city tangible. Better Mobility Community: Network Europe’s largest network for accessible, affordable, safe and sustainable mobility reaches over 5,000 people via social media, offers a strong mentor and alumni network, 30+ partners for testing, and exclusive partner events. FFG: Report Data & Diversity in Mobility This report provides the first comprehensive insights into data and diversity in the mobility sector with a focus on women. Based on 100 companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, it identifies data gaps and develops practical recommendations. Westbahn: InTrain Future Lab on Rail On the journey from Vienna to Stuttgart, the train became a rolling future lab. In a trend workshop with experts and the “Ministry for Curiosity & Lust for the Future” initiative, ideas for tomorrow’s mobility were developed. One Mobility: 1 year ClimateTicket in Austria On the first anniversary of the ClimateTicket, an event with over 200 mobility enthusiasts was designed and held in Vienna. Expert Katja Diehl provided impulses for a climate-friendly mobility future and the path towards integrated mobility. Glacier Academy: Corporate Mobility The webinar series highlighted how companies can implement sustainable mobility solutions. It focused on daily commuting as well as business travel and practical approaches to making climate-friendly options the preferred choice. Linde Verlag: Practical mobility guidebook Sustainable, innovative and inclusive mobility management reduces emissions, increases profitability as well as employee satisfaction and health. This practical guide provides a roadmap for introduction and further development in companies. Campus21: Survey, Guidebook and Testing At the Business Park Campus21, more than 200 companies were surveyed about their mobility behavior. A roadshow with testing of new offers and a practical guidebook provided concrete approaches to step-by-step improvement of sustainable mobility in business parks.
